about
When you are ready to navigate the recruitment process and stand out in a crowd,
that’s the moment you need a rush consultant to ignite the process…
Find yourself a sparkler who lights it all up!
And by light it all up, it’s the “moment” that illuminates the pathways, bringing light to
EVERYTHING
Making the detail management so easy there is no way you will be burning the midnight oil or the candle at both ends, unless you just want to…
Not understanding the sorority recruitment process does not need to stop you in your tracks.
Between deadlines, paperwork, photos, finding references, not to mention all the important end of the senior year THINGS, it is not surprising that people find themselves bogged down or WORSE, focused on less important things.
Preparing to go off to college has its own unique set of challenges.
Rush shouldn’t be one of them.
That’s where I pop in!!
Enter your recruitment advisor extraordinaire, double-shot latte in one hand, holstered six-pack of flashlights in the other ready to shine their light on the roadway of rush…
You’re in the right place! Recruitment is kind of my jam. Grab your coffee (or beverage of choice) and make yourself comfortable.
Let’s visit for a minute.
How To Join a Sorority
Began when I saw a canyon-sized information gap in how moms and daughters needed to prepare for recruitment.
There were a LOT of moms who knew their daughters wanted to join a sorority AND they did not know how to best provide support during the detailed, often overwhelming process.
Repeatedly these women shared with me that they felt helpless and had NO IDEA where to begin or how to figure out what needed to happen and when.
They didn’t know what they didn’t know.
From where I sat, they needed a framework.
They needed a PLAN OF ACTION!!
Like I said before, RUSH is my JAM!! It truly is a PASSION.
My goal is to reach as many moms and daughters as possible to make the process of Joining A Sorority less stress and anxiety filled and more fun!
Hi! I’m Susan Mallios,
I support moms and daughters, just like you, prepare for the process of recruitment and joining a sorority.
When we work together, you will have all the tools and resources you need to create an easily executed strategic plan that squarely sets her on the path towards what is hopefully her sorority happily ever after.
Here’s why you can trust me. In a word…
EXPERIENCE
Much of my adult life I have volunteered and served in a variety of roles around the sorority recruitment process.
Everything ranging from collegian participant to university panhellenic advisor and alumnae panhellenic member and officer.
As a volunteer, I have met with hundreds of high school senior girls as they prepare for the process, coached countless mothers through it all when they didn’t understand what had just happened, and served my community panhellenic as an officer overseeing and participating in recruitment workshops.
I have also supported both of my daughters as they successfully navigated rush at a very competitive university.
My methods are simple. Streamlined as much as possible so that all the details are covered and not causing stress.
-
No gate keeping.
The more you know, the better. My goal is at a minimum one free tutorial, swipe file or lesson of some form for every topic covered.
-
Frameworks forever!
The RIGHT frameworks will streamline the entire process and put your daughter on the track to being fully prepared for recruitment.
-
Eliminate overwhelm.
The process does not need to overwhelm anyone. Managing the details together will help you both reach a peaceful place with less rush anxiety.
The bottom line, I am a FANATIC when it comes to helping you and your daughter prepare her for Primary Recruitment.
So what else do you want to know about me?
